Tamara first stepped into our cosy Design Studio in Alkimos a year before her wedding day, like many brides we meet. She was excited, but a little nervous and overwhelmed. She had explored various Perth bridal boutiques, tried on countless stunning gowns, but hadn’t yet found a dress that truly resonated with her deepest bridal desires. The spark, the ‘aha!’ moment, was missing.

This is where I love to step in… bringing together all of the elements that a bride loves and creating a gown not just perfect for her body shape but also for her colouring and wedding vibe. Unlike a traditional retail experience, our initial consultations are not about selling a dress off the rack. They are about listening, understanding, and envisioning. Tamara wasn’t quite sure what she wanted, and that’s perfectly fine! My role is to guide brides through the exciting process of uncovering their true bridal style. It’s a journey we embark on together.

Our private consultation in Alkimos is an intimate and relaxed appointment. Away from the hustle and bustle, Tamara had the space and time to explore different styles, guided by my expert eye. In our elegant fitting room, we began trying on various combinations. This initial stage is crucial for identifying the most flattering silhouette – the foundation upon which every exquisite detail is built.

For Tamara, through careful consideration and her feedback on what felt most comfortable and celebrated her figure, we soon discovered her ideal silhouette. This foundational choice immediately brought clarity, narrowing the focus and bringing her vision together. We customised one of our exquisite pearl veils, ensuring it perfectly complemented the unique hand-beaded lace of her dress. The delicate scattering of pearls on the veil with a crusted pearl edge, echoed the intricate detailing on her gown, creating a cohesive and harmonious bridal look that exuded elegance and bespoke charm. Every detail, from the gown’s silhouette to the veil’s delicate embellishments, was carefully considered and crafted to create a truly unforgettable impression.
